Patna : Unidentified criminals shot dead a 21 year old youth Bittu Kumar at Ambedkar Colony, Bakhtiapur, in Patna district at 7.45 am on March 3, 2017. Bittu had done his graduation and was preparing for competitive examinations. His parents had gone to Patna to attend a marriage. Bakhtiarpur police station SHO Lallan Kumar said that Bittu was shot dead in a lane while returning home after collecting its key from his brother, who was at vegetable shop. The SHO said police were yet to ascertain the reasons behind the murder. Police investigation is on, he said. Police are also awaiting return of Bittu’s parents to know the possible reason behind Bittu’s murder.
