Patna: Celebrating Valentine’s Day in lady wash-room in Kumhrar Park proved costly for a young couple on February 14 as the locals and some cops deployed there forced the couple to come out of there. The cops awarded a punishment of 50 sit ups (dund baithak) on the boy.
Finding no other solution, the lover made a tame surrender and the boy 50 sit ups before his Valentine. He was allowed to go by the cops after he promised not to commit the mistake again. The boy, who was later identified as Raj Kumar, a native of Malsalami in Patna City, kept pleading that he entered inside the lady washroom by mistake. However, the girl kept saying that they both were dating for the past six months and they had come to Kumhrar Park to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
