Bagaha : Amar Bind, 19, son of Bharat Bind of village New Bhaisahiya in Semra-Labdeha panchayat under Piparasi police station in West Champaran district was found killed by unidentified persons near his house on May 27, 2017, morning. SHO, Piparasi police station, Jitendra Mahto said that prima facie it appears Amar Bind was strangulated to death by the miscreants. Te dead body was sent to Government Hospital, Bagaha, for autopsy the same day.
