Youth killed, father injured in accident at Bhojpur village

Ara : Ashish Srivastava, 17, was killed while his father was injured at village Jamalpur under Koelwar police station in Bhojpur district in a road accident on  December 18, 2018. Police brought the body over to Sadar Hospital, Ara, for post-mortem and admitted the injured there.

SHO, Koelwar police station, said that Ajay Kumar Srivastava of village Hariharpur under Koelwar police station was going to market along with his son Ashish Srivastava on December 18 morning on his motorcycle. When they reached Jamalpur Bazaar under Koelwar police station a speeding vehicle collided head on with the motorcycle killing Ashish Srivastava on the spot while Ajay Kumar Srivastava was injured. The condition of the injured is serious.
