Bhabhua : A speeding vehicle crushed to death a youth on Bhabhua-Belaon main road under Sonhan police station (PS) in Kaimur District in South Bihar on February 22, 2021, when he was returning from his sister’s place. The deceased was identified as Ajit Kumar, 18, of Kohari village.
Later, police brought the body over to Bhabhua Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. SHO, Sonhan PS, said that Ajit Kumar of village Kohari had gone to meet his sister at village Bhadauli under Chenari PS. He was returning to his village on February 22, 2021, morning. When he reached Bhabhua-Belaon main road near village Semaria village, a speeding vehicle knocked him down, the SHO said. The locals rushed him to Bhabhua Sadar Hospital but he succumbed to his injuries on way to the hospital. An FIR was lodged with police in this connection .Police are investigating the matter.
