Youth arrested puffing smack in Gopalganj

Gopalganj: Town police on November 17 carried out raid in Sareya locality and arrested a youth Shahid when he was puffing smack filled in a Rs 5 note. Police also recovered a knife and 5 gm smack from his possession.Town police station, Gopalganj, SHO, Baleshwar Rai said that he received information that some people were engaged in narcotics trade in Sareya locality after which a police team led by him raided Shahid’s house and he was arrested puffing smack in a lane close to his house. He was sent to judicial custody in the evening, the SHO added.
