Woman commits suicide at Ara

Ara : One Sonali Kumari committed suicide by hanging herself to the ceiling of a room at her house in Shankar Nagar colony under Ara Town police station in Bhojpur District on November 17, 2019.  The family members brought her to Ara Sadar Hospital where but the doctors declared her brought dead.

The reason behind the suicide is still to be ascertained. Her parents were out of the station at the time of incident. An FIR has been lodged with Ara Town police station in this connection and police are investigating into the incident.

SHO, Ara Town Police Station, said that Sonali Kumari of village Gundi under Krishnagarha police station lived at a rented house in Shankar Nagar Colony. It was said that some family members had rebuked her on some matter after which she hanged herself to the ceiling of a room at her house and committed suicide.
