Sandesh BDO lodges FIR against 50 persons

Ara : Block Development Officer(BDO), Sandesh, in Bhojpur District, Bindu Kumar lodged an FIR with Sandesh police station against 50 persons including the national president Krantiveer Party Vaidyaraj Krishna Paswan on November 16, 2019, evening, for allegedly attacking the BDO and CO during their agitation.

BDO, Sandesh Block, Bindu Kumar, said that national president Krantiveer Party Vaidyaraj Krishna Paswan of village Kajichak Khandol had given petition for staging dharna and demonstration at the block office but he did not allow it as Model Code of Conduct was in force in view of Primary Agriculture Credit Society (PACS) election. But, the activists of the Krantiveer Party carrying traditional weapons staged dharna and demonstration at Block cum Circle office without permission. That apart, they allegedly made the BDO, CO, and other employees of the block captive and also went on rampage damaging properties and several important papers. They scuffled with the BDO and CO and also insulted them.

It may be mentioned here that hundreds of activists of Krantiveer Party had locked and gheraoed the Sandesh block office on November 15, 2019, to protest delay in release of money for drought period despite several requests.
