Widow lodges FIR against cowshed owner at Ara

Ara : A widow and mother of four children on May 16, 2018, lodged a named FIR with Nawada police station against a person for teasing her and also pressurising her to marry him.

SHO, Nawada police station, said that a widow and a mother of four children of Danwar Bihata in Bhojpur district lives at a rented house in Sankatmochan locality under Nawada police station and works as a maid. She alleged that a cowshed owner Manoj Yadav always teases her when she goest out for work. On May 16 morning, he dragged her out of her  house to force her to marry him. When she refused, he demanded Rs 50,000 from her. Hearing her cry, her children woke up. Seeing them, Manoj escaped, the woman alleged, according to the SHO.
