Patna : Replying to New Zealand’s first innings total of  373 in 102.2 overs, West Indies were 215/8 in 64 overs at stumps on the second day of the second and final cricket test at Seddon Park, Hamilton, New Zealand, on December 10, 2017, with R Reifer batting on 22 in 82 balls with a six and a four and M Cummins batting on 10 in ten balls hitting 2 fours.

West Indies stand in Captain Kraigg Brathwaite score 66 in 116 balls hittin 9 fours and a six while Shane Dowrich score 35 in 45 balls hittinf 7 fours. Shimron Hitmyer made 28 in 42 balls hitting 4 fours and a six. For New Zealand, pacers Tim Southee, Trent Boult, Colin de Grandhomme and Neil Wanger took two wickets each.

Earlier, resuming at their overnight score of  286/7, New Zealand were all out for 373 on December 1o, 2017, with Trent Boult scoring an unbeaten 37. He was involved in a 61 run partnership for the 10th wicket with Tim Southee who made 31. Both of them hit two sixes each.
