Patna : Chasing a target of 419 runs, West Indies (WI) were reduced to 15/5 in 7.3 overs in their second innings at tea on Day 4 in the 1st test against India at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, North Sound, Antigua, on August 25, 2019, late  night, with fast bowlers Jasprit Bumrah and Ishant Sharma bowling fiery spells. Bumrah has taken  3/6 in 3.3 overs while Ishant Sharma has taken 2/8 in 4 overs. WI need 404 runs to wing the test with 5 wickets in hand.

Both the WI openers Kraigg Brathwaite (1) and John Campbell (7) fell to Bumrah making it 10/2. Shamarh Brooks (2) fell to Ishant for 2 and it was 10/3. Shimron Hetmyer (1) also fell to Ishant making it 13/4. Darren Bravo fell to Bumrah for 2 and it was 15/5.

WI had scored 222 in their first innings with Ishant Sharma taking 5/43. India had scored 297 in their first innings and declared their 2nd innings at 343/7 with Ajinkya Rahane scoring 102, his 10th test century.
