West Champaran DM orders for lodging FIR against retired revenue Karmchari

Bagaha: West Champaran district magistrate Lokesh kumar Singh on Monday directed Narkatiaganj Circle Officer (CO) to lodge a case against retired revenue Karmchari Sheoshanker Prasad on the charge of commiting irregularities and tampering with revenue record during his service period. One Raghuvar Sharan of Narakatiaganj had complained to Bihar Human Rights Commission and the DCLR, Narkatiaganj, had, after inquiry into the matter, found the allegation against Prasad correct and recommended for action against him to West Champaran DM.
