VKSU BEd entrance exam, just one counter to accept applications

Ara : Students seeking to fill up the B. Ed entrance examination form are facing a tough time as the Veer Kuer Singh University (VKSU), Ara,  administration has opened just one counter for submission of the forms. Over 500 students were seen in standing in seven queues in front of the counter for submitting the examination forms on June 30, 2017.

The VKSU had fixed June 30, 2017, as  the last date for submission of the B Ed entrance examination forms but later extended the date till July 5, 2017. Unaware of it, the students from Rohtas, Kaimur, Bihta, Balia, Buxar, Ara and also from other places reached the campus of the VKSU thinking June 30 was the last date for submission of the examination forms. The students said that they were not informed about the extension of date in time and had to face a lot of problems. They said that they would not return without submitting the forms.

Examination Controller, VKSU, Prasunjay Kumar Sinha said that the university administration had extended the date for filling of the examination forms for the convenience of the students. He said the rush of students can’t be checked and so the bank on the campus of the university had been asked to increase the number of counters and the officials of the bank will increase the counters.
