Patna : Bihar Governor cum Chancellor of State Universities Fagu Chauhan on October 3, 2019, gave additional charge of VC, Nalanda Open University(NOU), Patna, to VC, Patliputra University (PPU), Patna, Prof. Gulab Chand Ram Jaiswal.
The Governor’s Secretariat issued a notification to this effect on October 3 itself. The notification said that VC, PPU, Patna, Prof Gulab Chand Ram Jaiswal, has been directed to function as VC, NOU, Patna, as well with immediate effect in addition to his present assignment.
