Patna : Bihar Governor cum Chancellor of State Universities Fagu Chauhan on September 14, 2019, authorised the VC of BNMU, Madhepura, Prof Awadh Kishore Rai, to function as VC of Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU), Bhagalpur, with immediate effect in addition to his present assignment.
The Governor’s Secretariat issued a notification to this effect on September 14 itself. The post of VC, TMBU, Bhagalpur, had fallen vacant following the resignation of Prof Vibhash Chandra Jha, from the post.
