Saharsa: Angry over delay in refund of their tickets and alleged realisation of additional amount from them for tickets, the passengers on Friday resorted to vandalism on Saharsa railway junction ticket counter. Sources said the people got angry when an RPF constable caught a youth who was drinking water from a handpump and was taking him to the police lock up. Incidentally, railway minister Suresh Prabhu on FRiday inaugurated the broadgauge line between Banmankhi and Purnia.
