Bagaha : The Bagaha visit of Union minister of Road Transport & Highways, Shipping and Water Resources, River development and Ganga Rejuvenation Nitin Gadkari scheduled for January 30, 2019, has been cancelled due to death of veteran Socialist and former Union Minister George Fernandes on January 29, 2019, in Delhi. All arrangements being made at the meeting ground were stopped following cancellation of Gadkari’s Bagaha visit, said Valmikinagar MP Satish Dubey on January 29.
Gadkari was scheduled lay foundation of two Road Over Bridge (ROB) on NH 727 at Bagaha and Manglepur under Bagaha-2 block besides other development schemes worth about Rs 800 crore in West Champaran district on January 30.
