Bagaha : Two labourers were killed and driver of a tractor-trailer sustained serious injuries when a truck rammed it from behind on April 9, 2017, morning on Narakatiaganj – Bettiah road near SSB 44th battalion camp at Narakatiaganj in West Champaran district.
Police sources said that a tractor trailer carrying some grocery items was coming from Bettiah to Narakaiganj. Two two labourers : Surendar Sao and Ganesh sao of village Raninagar Kumarbag, were also on the tractor. A speeding truck coming from the same direction dashed the tractor from behind. The tractor trailer fell into a roadside ditch killing the two labourers on the spot while driver Manoj Kumar sustained serious injuries and was admitted to the Government hospital, Narakatiaganj.
Police brought both the bodies to MJK hospital, Bettiah, for autopsy. Shikarpur police station SHO Vinay Kumar Singh said that truck was seized.
