Two kidnapped from Kaimur village

Bhabhua: Two elderly disappeared from Babhani village under Bhagwanpur police station bordering Dhalangada forest in Kaimur district on Friday night. An FIR has been lodged with the police under Bhagwanpur police station but the police are yet to locate them.

Dev Sharan Singh Kushwaha, a farmer of village Kaser under Bhagwanpur police station along with his wife was guarding his field at village Babhani bordering Dhalangada forest but suddenly disappeared from there. People suspect hands of extremist group behind their disappearance.

Kaimur SP Harpreet Kaur said that she got information regarding disappearance of the farmer and his wife and a police team under ASP (operations)  has launched combing operation in the area but the duo was yet to be traced. She, however, said that police would recover the couple very soon.
