Ara: Two teenage girls were kidnapped from two different places in Bhojpur district in last 24 hours. FIRs have been lodged with the police stations but they are yt to be recovered. A teenage girl Priyanka Kumari alias Priya Kumari, daughter of Vishnu Shankar Prasad alias Shankar Prasad Soni of Ward No 6, Jagdishpur, under Jagdishpur police station was kidnapped on Tuesday. SHO, Jagdishpur Police Station said that Priyanka Kumari had gone to a coaching centre on Tuesday but she did not return till late evening. When her parents went to the coaching centre, the owner said that Priyanka had not come that day. The parents and other family members searched her at different places and after they failed to locate her, the father lodged an FIR with Jagdishpur police station on Wednesday.
In another incident, a youth of Bahiyara village under Chandi police station lured a teenage girl of the same village on Wednesday when the family members were sleeping and kidnapped her. Later, an FIR has been lodged with Chandi police station.
