Katihar: A Katihar district administration team comprising Civil SDO and SDPO, Katihar, and other officials conducted raid at Katihar divisional jail and seized two cellphones, three Sim and two chargers from different wards on December 3, 2016. The raid, which was conducted on a tip off, lasted for three ours.
