Two bogies of goods trains derail between Narkatiaganj – Chamuya

Bagaha : Train services remained paralysed several hours on September 14, 2017, due to derailment of two bogies of a goods train between Narakatiaganj-Chamuya  stations on Narakatiaganj- Gorakhpur section under Samastipur Division of in East Central Railways (ECR) in the morning.

Sources said that the two bogies of the goods train derailed at the point where breaches caused due to the  flood were repaired. Many Up and Downs trains including Satyagraha Express 15273 Up ,Saptkranti Superfast 12557 Uo, and other passengers trains remained stranded at Bettiah, Narakatiaganj, Ramnagar and other railways stations for six hours. The train services resumed around 5 pm.
