Two arrested on murder charge in Bagaha

Bagaha: Police arrested Dhural Mukhia, 48,  son of Saral Mukhia, and Radhika Devi, 40, wife of late Janardan Sahni of village Khekharia tola Nadda under Bhairoganj police station in Bagaha police district, were arrested on the charge of  killing of Parmanand Sao of the same village on March 20, 2017, evening.

SDPO Bagaha Sanjiv Kumar on March 21, 2017, said that one Parmanand Sao, who was living alone at his village Khekharia tola Nadda, had developed illicit relation with a widow Radhika Devi but her other paramour Dhural Mukhia not like it. As Radhika had gone alone to the house of Parmanand on March 20 evening, her paramour too reached there and strangulated Parmanand to death and fled away from there with Radhika. Bhairoganj police, on getting information about the murder, reached there and recovered the body. Bhairoganj police arrested the culprits within five hours of  the incident. The SDPO said that both the accused were sent to Bagaha sub- jail on March 21.
