Muzaffarpur: The eight day training programme on Litchi production and management concluded at Litchi Research Centre, Mushhari, Muzaffarpur, concluded on November 29. Twentyone agriculture department probationers from Bihar, MP and few other states attended the training programme. Agriculture scientists from Lucknow and Delhi suggested the Litchi growers to form self help groups (SHGs) for Litchi production and business. The participants were imparted training in new techniques of Litchi production and irrigation system. Chief guest Vishakha Singh Dhillon asked the Litchi growers to form SHGs for better business and growth.
