Bagaha :  Indrajit Singh, who had allegedly bungled Rs 52.24 lakh in a fraudulent manner from Tirupati  Sugars,  Bagaha, in the name of sugarcane farmers, surrendered  before the ACJM Court, Bagaha, on August 1, 2019.

Singh was an Assistant Cashier of the Sugars Mill and had allegedly embezzled money from the Mill in the name of fertilizers, Coragen ( insect control), and Pesticides distribution among farmers and was absconding since April 2018 after the sugar factory management lodged a case against him with Bagaha police station.

Police had failed to arrest  him  even after execution of Section 83 of the CrPC ( Property Attachment) by the order of the court. Police, however, kept searching for him. Singh, finding no way out, finally  surrendered before the ACJM Court, Bagaha, Kamala  Prasad,  on August 1, 2019.
