Patna: Three IAS officers of 1992 batch were promoted to the rank of principal secretary on Friday. The officers are: Chanchal Kumar, Principal secretary in chief minister office, Dipak Kumar Singh, Labour secretary, and Harjot Kaur Bhambhra, Tourism secretary.
