Patna: `Bhavisyat – A festival of documentary and short films’ being organised by the Patliputra Cine Society will kick off on Friday. The three-day festival will conclude on July 3. Film festival director Jai Dev said that 22 documentary and short films of two-and-a-half minute to 40 minute duration would be exhibited during the festival. There would also be an interactive session between the experts on cinema and audience.
