Patna: Police on November 10 arrested three persons under Kotwali police station, Patna, and seized foreign liquor from their possession. Police seized 80 bottles of foreign liquor from the possession of three arrested persons and were quizzing them to know from whom they had purchased the liquor. The state government had enforced complete prohibition in Bihar on April 5, 2016.
