Tharus tribals felicitate Valmikinagar MP Baidyanath Mahto

Bagaha : JD (U) MP from Valmikinagar parliamentary constituency in West Champaran district Baidyanath Mahto was on June 10, 2019, felicitated by Tharu tribals, who gathered at Harnatand in a large numbers  from remote Tharuhat areas in and around  Valmikinagar Tiger Reserve (VTR).

Mahto won the Valmikinagar seat by a record margin on May 23, 2019. Mahto said that Nitish Government in Bihar and  Modi Government at centre were committed to collective efforts and inclusive  growth. He said that Nitish Government has created an integrated Tharuhat Development  Agency under which many schemes have been completed while few others were under  progress. He assured the Done Tharus of mobile phone connectivity very soon through installation of mobile towers. Many speakers including  Gyaneshwar Mahto, Rinku Singh, MLA from Valmikinagar, former  minister Rajesh Singh, Prabhat Ranjan Singh, former MLA from Bagaha, Babuayji Singh, and others also spoke on  the occasion.
