Tension prevails at Madhepura village

Madhepura : Tension prevails under Murliganj block of Madhepura district after carcass of several cattle were seen by the villagers in Haripurkala Syphon on September 4, 2017. The carcass of cattle had reached there floating in Tinkonman JBC canal. The villagers immediately informed the local adminstration about it. Madhepura DM Mohd Sohail and SP Vikas Kumar reached the place with force and are monitoring the situation.

Earlier, angry villagers damaged the official car of Madhepura SDO Sanjay Kumar Nirala, who had reached the place immediately with ASP Rajesh Kumar and SHO, Sadar Police Station, Madhepura, Manish Kumar, after getting the information. The villagers were not allowing the local authorities to take out the carcass of cattle from the canal with the help of JCB machine till the arrival of Madhepura DM. The Tinkonman area has virtually been converted into a police camp. The locals were demanding of the local administration to find out from where the carcass of cattle were reaching there. Force from different police stations of the district is camping at the place.
