Patna : Sushil Kumar Singh, a resident of Chhapra, headquarters of Saran District in North Bihar, has been appointed new President of Bihar Unit of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).

A decision to this effect was taken by Central Political Affairs Committee of the party at its meeting in Delhi on March 4, 2020. The meeting was attended by Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, Gopal Rai, Aatishi, Raghav Chhadha, Durgesh Pathak, and Sanjay Singh, MP & Bihar Incharge.

Sushil Kumar Singh has replaced Shatrughna Sahu, according to Bablu Kumar Prakash, Media Incharge, AAP, Bihar. Sushil Kumar Singh was among star campaigners of AAP in Delhi Assembly polls, he said.
