Patna : The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2020 semi-finals match between India and England was called off on March 5, 2020, at Sydney Cricket Ground, Australia, due to incessant rain. But, India entered the final of ICC Women’s T20 World Cup by topping the Group A playing brilliant cricket defeating Australia and New Zealand. The match was called off without a ball being bowled.
It will be India’s first appearance in ICC Women’s T20 World Cup final. India will face the winner of second SFs match between Australia and South Africa, being played on the same ground the same day, in the final. The final is scheduled for March 8, 2020, at Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne, Australia.
