Patna: Principal Secretary, Agriculture department, Bihar government, Sudhir Kumar, was on Thursday notified as Special Divisional Commissioner, for flood hit Purnia and Saharsa districts. A 1988 batch IAS officer, Kumar will control and supervise flood relief works in the two districts in addition to his duty as Principal Secretary, Agriculture.
