Students stage demonstration demanding release of arrested Bagaha teacher

Bagaha : Hundreds of students of Satyam coaching centre, Bagaha, in West Champaran district on February 27 staged demonstration before Bagaha SP office Bagaha demanding immediate release of Sunil Kumar Das, proprietor of the coaching centre who was arrested by police on  February 25, 2017,  in a case of molestation of a minor girl.

Hundreds of students including Manish Kumar, Aarti Kumari, Ranju Kumar, Chandani Kumari, Dipak Kumar, Arjun Kumar  submitted a memorandum, addressed to Bagaha SP, to DSP, Bagaha, Brajkishor Pasawan, as the SP was not   present at the office. The students claimed that the arrested dalit teacher was falsely implicated in the case. The students dispersed after the DSP assured them that a thorough inquiry would be conducted into the allegations against the teacher.
