Students learn art of paintings from experts at art exhibition ‘Aakaar’ at DPS Chas

Chas (Jharkhand) : On the second day of three-day Art Festival ‘Aakaar’, organised by DPS Chas in Bokaro District in Jharkhand in collaboration with ONGC, more than 200 students of 20 schools of Bokaro stroked their art and paintings on canvas besides making sculptors using clay and powdered lime stone.

Noted artists like Pratul Dash, Ramanuj Shekhar, Meenakshi Jha Bannerjee, Justine  Imam  and others  gave art tips to the children about the use of colours and creating painting and imagery out of their imagination.

On being asked about his comments on interest of Bokaro students in the  field of art, nationally acclaimed artist Pratul Dash stated that he was impressed with the sincere learning attitude of students of Bokaro who always had queries how to improve their art and painting works using  psychedelic and bright colour combinations.

“I am really  impressed with the talent of students in the field of art,” commented Dash expecting the schools to organise such art festivals in future also.

“We are really so grateful to artists for giving their expert guidance which has made our paintings vibrant and catchy,” stated the students attending the art festival,
