Saharsa : Death of a student Brajesh, 23, under mysterious circumstances at Shiyasharan Yadav lodge, Kailashpuri, under Sadar Police Station (PS), Saharsa, has shocked the locals. Police on September 13, 2018, morning, found the body with a rope around the neck but there were clear signs that it was dragged on the ground.
SDPO, Sadar, Saharsa, Prabhakar Tiwary, said that prima facie it appears to be a case of suicide as a suicide note was also found in Brajesh’s room but added that circumstantial evidence suggest it could be a murder. Police are taking the help of Dog Squad to unravel the mystery behind his death, SDPO Tiwary said. The SDPO said that the assailants would be arrested within 24 hours.
Brajesh was a native of village Bhelwa under Gamharia block in Madhepura district and was studying at Saharsa.
