Patna: A team of Special Task Force (STF) on October 28, 2018, arrested notorious gangster Pawan Sah from Madhubani in North Bihar and seized a huge cache of arms and ammunition from his hideout,. Pawan Sah was carrying a reward of Rs 50,000 on his head.
According to sources, the STF had received inputs that Pawan Sah has sneaked into Madhubani district and was planning to commit some major crime. The STF personnel laid a trap and located his hideout first. Later, an STF team conducted raid at his hideout at Madhubani and arrested him.
Pawan is being interrogated by STF personnel, who are trying to elicit information for what purpose he had amassed huge arms and ammunition. Pawan is a resident of village Chajma under Laukaha police station in Madhubani district and several
cases are pending against him. Pawan was evading arrest for over five years and had taken shelter in neighbouring Nepal.
