Bagaha : STF sleuths from Patna led by DSPs : Dilip Kumar and Sunil Kumar, with the help of Bagaha police, arrested two suspected Maoists : Swaminath Oraon, son of Jugal Oraon of village Nawakatola Vrindavan under Gobardhana police station, and Dudhnath Sao, son of Nathuni Sao of village Dhalabazawa under Chiutaha (Simra) police station, wanted in Saraiya police station case no.285/2017 in Muzaffarpur district. They were arrested in Bagaha police district

ASP (Operations), Bagaha, D K Jha, on July 11  said that Swaminath Oraon  served as a cattle guard in Govardhan forest range in Valmiki Tiger Reserve in Bagaha police district. He was allegedly secretly stepping up activities of Maoists among tribal men and women. Dudhnath Sao was also allegedly giving shelter to extremists operating in the area, DSP Jha added. Both the arrested Maoists have given vital clue to the STF sleuths about naxal movement in the villages. The STF team took them to Muzaffarpur for further interrogation.
