Bagaha: Three tipplers: Shashibhusan Prasad, Ashok Kumar Mahto and Munna Bhagat were arrested on Sunday at Gandak barrage under Valmikinagar police station in West Champaran district by SSB jawans deployed at the barrage. They also seized ten bottles of Nepali liquor and two motorbikes. The tipplers were returning from Tirbeni in Nepal carrying the bottles, said an assistant commandant of 21st battalion, SSB, Valmikinagar, Vishnu Pravin.The arrested persons were handed over to Valmikinagar police station, he added.
