Sitamarhi : A State Vigilance Investigation Bureau team from Patna on November 9, 2019, arrested Sitamarhi Civil Surgeon (CS) Dr Ravindra Kumar from his official residence at Dumra at 9 am while accepting Rs 50,000 as bribe from a Data Operator of Primary Health Centre (PHC), Runnisaidpur, Keshav Kumar, for his transfer. Dumra is about 3 km away from Sitamarhi Town in North Bihar.
CS Dr Ravindra Kumar arrested while accepting bribe from complainant Keshav Kumar. Data Operator Keshav Kumar had a complaint with State Vigilance Investigation Bureau recently alleging that CS Dr Ravindra Kumar had been demanding bribe from him. The Vigilance Bureau team took CS Dr Kumar to Patna.
