Patna: A special investigating team (SIT) has been constituted under the leadership of Patna Senior SP (SSP) Manu Maharaaj to investigate two cases related to leak of question papers of ongoing Bihar Staff Selection Commission(BSSC) clerical grade examinations, 2017.

An official letter issued here on February 6 from Zonal IG NH Khan’s office stated that two FIRs have been lodged in this connection with Agamkuan police stations and Sahpur police station. Besides SSP, the other members of the team include ASP Rakesh Kumar Dubey, SDPO, Danapur, Rajesh Kumar, Inspector Amlesh Kumar, Vinay Kumar, Suleman Mustafa and Kumar Saurabh, all from Economic Offence wing, Agamkuan ps SHO Kamakhya Narayan Singh and Sahpur ps SHO Vikas Chandra Yadav.

All the police officials of the SIT would scientifically investigate the cases besides collect information against professional criminals to identify those involved in this racket and stern action would be taken against them. Besides it, the police team has been also directed to look into other such cases lodged with the different police stations. The SIT team would apprise DIG, Central range, of its findings daily.
