Ara : Political parties and aspiring candidates have to take permission from the Single Window System this time for holding  public meetings, rallies, using vehicles for electioneering, use of loudspeakers.

The political parties and candidates have to apply with a copy of no objection certificates (NOC) of place for permission 48 hours before the programme. They also have to attach detail information regarding date, time and expenses of the programme and the applications would be entertained on basis of ‘first come, first serve’ basis. If a meeting is proposed to be organised on the campus of a school or college or on a private land, the political parties and candidates have to take NOC from the Headmaster, Principal or the owner of the land.

Deputy Development Commissioner, Bhojpur, Shubham Shubhankar, said that the Single Window System has been established on the ground floor of election office at Krishi Bhawan and SDO, Arun Prakash, SDPO, Pankaj Kumar, District Cooperative Officer, Prabhat Kumar, and Executive Magistrate, Ara, Binod Kumar, are manning the place.
