Search Committee meeting for recommending panel for Chairperson, Members of Lokpal

New Delhi : The Second Meeting of the Search Committee for recommending the panel of names for Chairperson  and Members of Lokpal was held here on February 13, 2019.  All the Members of the Search Committee were present during the meeting.

The Committee took note of the applications/nominations received in response to its advertisement dated February 6, 2019. The Committee also took note of earlier applications received during the term of previous Search Committee and decided that as the term of the earlier Committee had ended, these applications are not valid. Interested persons may apply afresh if they are eligible. The Committee decided to hold its next meeting on February 25, 2019, according to a PIB release.
