SDM, Bagaha, Valmikinagar MLA ask people to beat Plastic

Bagaha: The Environment Conservation Manch, Bagaha, on June 5, 2018, organised a meeting on World Environment Day at Vikas Vaibhav Chowk in Narwal Borawal panchayat under Bagaha-2 block in West Champaran district and discussed ways to check incresing pollution and keeping nature green.

The meeting resolved to create awareness among the people about the need to check pollution and launch campaign to end single use of plastic. ” We should take oath to beat plastic.The World Environment Day should be observed as the people’s day,” the meeting resolved. Valmikinagar MLA Rinku Singh, SDM, Bagaha, Ghanshyam Meena, Gajendra Yadav, Dipak Rahi, and Prof A N Tiwary, were prominent among those addressing the meeting. The participants also planted saplings on the occasion.
