Patna : SDM, Patna Sadar, Madhav Kumar Singh, in a communication to district superintendent of education and district education officer on December 11, prohibited academic activities in all government and private schools up to Standard VIII before 10 am from Monday in view of dense fog and severe cold wave. Their classes will be held between 10 and 2 pm only till next orders. The other classes will be held after 9 am.
