Muzaffarpur : Senior RJD leader and former Union minister Raghuvansh Prasad Singh on May 8, 2017, said that the Supreme Court order for trial of RJD Chief Lalu Prasad in four fodder scam cases would not impact the Grand Alliance government in Bihar.

Singh alleged that the NDA government was using the CBI to settle score with its political rivals. He said that the RJD chief was championing the cause of poor hence being targeted by the central government. Singh asked the RJD workers not to get disheartened by the Supreme Court order on Lalu Prasad.

Singh expressed his serious concern over the death of three children in Muzaffarpur district after immunisation recently and demanded action against those responsible for it. He also demanded compensation to the next of kin of the deceased children.
