Patna :  The Supreme Court on February 20, 2017, adjourned hearing on an appeal filed by the CBI challenging the acquittal of two former chief ministers of Bihar :  Jagannath Mishra and Lalu Prasad, in 2014 in four cases of multi-crore fodder scam to February 28. Both Mishra and Lalu were accused in some fodder scam cases and were even jailed. Senior lawyer Ram Jethmalani appeared for Lalu and Attorney general Ranjit Kumar on behalf of CBI.
