New Delhi : Goa Governor Satya Pal Malik, 74, has been appointed Governor of Meghalaya. Satya Pal Malik, Governor of Goa, is transferred and appointed as Governor of Meghalaya, said a PIB release on August 18, 2020, morning. Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Governor of Maharashtra, will discharge the functions of the Governor of Goa in addition to his own duties.
The above appointments will take effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices.
