Saharsa: Dr Brajesh Kumar Singh, a Saharsa doctor, had a narrow escape when criminals fired on his car on July 26 night near Women’s college, about one hundred yard away from Saharsa police station. A delegation of doctor on Wednesday called on Saharsa SP Ashwini Kumar seeking security to Dr Singh.The incident has triggered panic among Saharsa doctors. It may be mentioned here that the criminals had earlier demanded an extortion amount of Rs 25 lakh from Dr Singh.
