Patna : S Siddharth, a 1991 batch IAS officer and Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Bihar Government, was on September 10, 2021, promoted to Apex Scale ( Chief Secretary rank) and designated as Addition Chief Secretary, Finance Department.
The post will remain in Apex Scale till the tenure of Siddharth. The post of Principal Secretary, Finance Department, has been upgraded to Apex Scale. The General Administration Department, Bihar Government, issued a notication to this effect on September 10, 2021.
